By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for physical products that meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Must include original packaging (if applicable)
If an item is returned damaged, worn, washed, or altered, it may not qualify for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards (not offered at this time)
- Digital or downloadable content (not offered at this time)
- Clearance or discounted items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Customized or made-to-order items, unless defective
Since your store does not offer digital downloads or gift cards, you’re already covered.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately:
Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm:
- That we received your return
- Whether your refund is approved or denied
If approved:
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size or variation of the same item:

- We will assist with an exchange if the item is eligible and in stock
You may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they begin processing.
Once an item is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customers are responsible for:

- Packaging the item securely
