2026: New Year, New Levels, and No More Excuses
Happy New Year, family! Grab your coffee—or your White Monster, you know how I roll—and let’s get into it. It’s officially 2026, and looking back at where I was just a year ago, it’s nothing short of a miracle.
At the start of 2025, I was at ground zero. I had absolutely nothing. But over the last twelve months, I’ve seen freedom, my own apartment, a new vehicle, and I’ve furnished a home. Most importantly, I’m living in total sobriety. If I can make it from the dirt to this “gorgeous life” in one year, believe me when I tell you: you can too.
Big Changes for the Channel
I’m fired up for what’s coming this year. We’re moving into more long-form content. I’m tired of seeing these short clips that barely scratch the surface. We’re going to do in-depth dives into cases and subjects that actually matter. I might call myself an “amateur” in the editing booth, but I’m more than capable of showing people how to do this right and telling the stories that need to be told.
Meeting the Better Half
For those of you who caught the live, you got a rare treat: meeting my fiancé, Chanel. She isn’t a content creator and doesn’t usually like being on camera, but she sat down with us for a bit. We talked about how we met—and no, it wasn’t some slow-motion rescue from a trunk like I joked about. We crossed paths years ago, and when I got out of prison, she reached out. She’s been my best friend since day one and a huge part of my peace.
The Secret to “Leveling Up”
I get asked all the time: “How do I get a real job with a record?” Listen, I’m a multiple felon. I spent a decade in prison. Today, I’m a foreman for a commercial construction crew making real money.
The secret isn’t magic; it’s honesty and work ethic. When I went for my interview, I didn’t hide anything. I told them exactly who I was and promised that if they gave me a shot, I’d outwork everyone else. I started as a grunt with no tools, and I worked my way up. If you’re stuck at a dead-end job, change your parameters. Employers respect honesty, but they demand discipline. Show up on time, every day, and give them a good day’s work. That key opens doors that your past tries to lock.
A Lesson on Wisdom
We also touched on some deeper stuff—specifically where wisdom comes from. A lot of people judge a book by its cover, or in my case, the tattoos. But wisdom is a tree with many roots. Some of the best knowledge I ever gained was during my “monastery time” in prison, reading greats like James Allen.
As the saying goes, “Mind is the master power that molds and makes.” Your environment is just a looking glass for your thoughts. If you want a better life in 2026, start by changing the way you think.
Final Thoughts
This year is about growth, protection, and standing together. Whether you’re back home in Wisconsin, here in Alaska, or anywhere else in the world, remember that we’re all under one light.
Thank you to the mods and to everyone supporting this platform. Let’s make 2026 the best one yet.
Stay sober, stay dangerous, and keep grinding.
